摘要 目的血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(alanine aminotrasferase ALT)的检测是采供血机构对献血者必查的项目之一。目前检测ALT的方法不尽相同。使用的设备也各异。流动采血车外出街头采血往往使用的是快速ALT/GPT检测,(即快速谷丙转氨酶测试系统),常用的设备是干式生化分析仪,使用的标本是手指末梢血,快速地对献血者进行ALT初检,待其他必查的检测项目符合献血后,进行采血,采血后再用半自动或全自动生化仪或其他方法进行复检。为此,笔者对血站使用不同种类的生化仪对谷丙转氨酶(ALT/GPT)水平检测结果进行评价。方法使用中生北控21质控血清,随机抽检初、复检血样在半自动生化分析仪和全自动生化分析仪上测试,进行平行对比分析。结果干式生化分析仪,半自动生化分析仪和全自动生化分析仪之间的测试结果一致。结论目前血站使用的不同类型的生化仪之间对ALT测试结果无统计学差异。 Objective Serum alanine aminotransferase (alanine aminotrasferase ALT) testing of blood donors in blood banks is one of the items will check. Results Dry biochemistry analyzer, semi-automatic biochemical analyzer and automatic biochemical analyzer test results between the same. Conclusion Blood is currently used between different types of biochemical analyzer of ALT test showed no significant difference.
