摘要
用丙氨酸转氨酶等六种酶对正常人血清、临床患者标本(酶活力高、中、低值)及10种进口质控血清(冻干和液体,正常和病理)进行了30℃和37℃2种反应温度的观察。实验结果30℃与37℃两种反应温度的转换,每一种酶不能使用一个因数值,必须使用分段的因数值,但是,为了结果可靠及和国外结果一致,改用37℃进行检测是比较合理的,用因数换算只能作为参考。做了男、女各35例六种酶两种温度的正常参考值,同时对3种试剂作了对比观察,而且对临床标本酶活力高、中、低值的两种温度的转换因数不同进行了分析。
We detected six kinds of enzymes in healthy serums,clinical sample and ten kinds of imported quality control serurns with two kinds of reactive temperature(30℃ and 37℃)The results indicated that we could not use the same factro at 30℃ and 37℃ and must use the segmental faetors.In this ar-ticle,we offered a reference value of factor But,in order to get the reliable resuIts and reach a con-sensus with foreigh laboratories,we considered that it is reasonable to analyse at the temperature of 37℃ and it is for reference only to exchange the factors.We dectected the normal reference values of six kinds of enzymes in 35 men and women at two kinds of temperature.At the same time,we comparerd ofthree kinds of reagents and analysed the ezchanged factors at two kinds of reactive tem-perature in clinical samples with high、medium and low activity of enzymes.
