摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定消乳癖颗粒中芍药苷的含量。方法:色谱柱:Kromasil C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(13:87),检测波长:230 nm,柱温为30℃,流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1)。结果:芍药苷在0.228~2.280μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为99.9%,RSD=1.87%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便,结果准确,可用于消乳癖颗粒中芍药苷的含量测定。
Objective:To establish an HPLC method for the content determination of paeoniflor in Xiaorupi granules.Method:A Kromasil C_(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water(13:87).The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min^(-1).The detection wavelength was 230 nm and the column temperature was at 30℃Result:The linear range of paeoniflor was 0.228-2.280μg(r =0.999 9).The average recovery was 99.9%with RSD of 1.87%(n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate,and can be used for the content determination of Xiaorupi granules.
