摘要
目的:建立乳癖消片中丹皮酚的含量测定方法。方法:Zorbax eclipse XDB C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)不锈钢色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-水(42∶58),检测波长:274nm,流速:1.0mL/min。结果:丹皮酚在0.0422μg^0.211μg范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9996,平均加样回收率为96.4%;RSD为1.8%。结论:所建立的方法准确可靠适用于乳癖消片的质量控制。
Objective： To establish an HPLC method of determining paeonol in Rupixiao tablet. Methods ： Column： Zorbax eclipse XDB C18 （ 150mm × 4. 6mm,5μm） ; mobile phase： MeOH - H2O（42：58 ） ; detection wavelength was at 274nm;flow rate was 1.0mL/min. RESULTS：The calibration curve showed a good lineatity within the ranges of 0. 0422μg - 0, 211 μg for paeonol, r = 0.9999. the average re covery was 97.5 % with RSD 1.4% o Conclusion ： The method is accurate and can be used for the quality control of Rupixiao tablet.
