摘要
目的:建立评价玉屏风颗粒HPLC指纹图谱的分析方法。方法:采用液相色谱法测定,色谱柱为Inerstil ODS-3(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水,梯度洗脱,检测波长210 nm。结果:样品之间的相关性良好,并根据九种对照品及三种原料药材对色谱峰进行了归属。结论:该方法简便准确、灵敏度高,可以作为玉屏风颗粒质量评价的依据之一。
Objective：To establish a method for the fingerprints analysis of Yupingfeng granules.Method：The analysis was performed on an Inerstil ODS-3（250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm） column,the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile and water with gradient elution and the detection wavelength was 210 nm.Result：There was a good correlation among the samples.The peaks in the HPLC fingerprints were assigned according to the results of 9 kinds of standard substances and 3 batches of raw herbal materials.Conclusion： This method is simple,rapid and accurate with good sensitivity,and suitable for the quality control of Yupingfeng granules.
