摘要
目的探讨龈沟液血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)的水平与种植体周围组织炎症的关系。方法根据30例种植修复患者的种植体周围组织情况(龈沟出血指数、探诊指数)将其分为健康种植体组和炎症种植体组,作为实验组,将健康天然牙作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA法)检测各组牙相关位点龈沟液(GCF)中的VEGF浓度。结果炎症种植体组VEGF浓度、各项临床指标及龈沟液量明显高于健康种植体组及天然牙对照组(P<0.01);健康种植体组各项指标高于天然牙对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组VEGF浓度、龈沟液量与各临床指标均成正相关关系(P<0.001)。结论种植体周围龈沟液量的增加及龈沟液中VEGF浓度的升高可以较好地反映种植体周围组织的健康状态。VEGF有可能成为评价种植体周围炎症进展的生物标记物。
Objective To investigate the relevance between the level of vascular endothelial growth factor（VEGF） and the inflammation of peri-implant tissue.Methods According to the peri-implant tissue conditions,30 cases of patients with peri-implant repair were divided into healthy peri-implant group and inflammatory peri-implant group and taken this two groups as the experiment group,then taken the healthy natural teeth people as the control group.The concentration of VEGF in peri-implant sulcular fluid of the two groups were detected by the method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA）.Results The VEGF concentration,clinical indicators and peri-implant sulcular fluid volume of inflammatory peri-implant group were higher than those of the healthy peri-implant group and the control group（P 〈 0.01）,and these indicators of the healthy peri-implant group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P 〈 0.05）.The concentration of VEGF in peri-implant sulcular fluid was significantly positive associated with the clinical indicators of the experiment group（P 〈 0.01）.Conculusion The increasing of peri-implant sulcular fluid volume and VEGF concentration of peri-implant sulcular fluid can reflect the health status of peri-implant tissue.VEGF can be taken as the biomarker to evaluate the progress of peri-implant inflammation
