摘要
目的总结强直性脊柱炎并后凸畸形的术前、术后护理。方法对脊柱严重强直并后凸畸形53例患者行后路畸形截骨矫正椎弓根钉棒系统内固定术,术前给予患者心理护理、体位及肺功能训练,术后加强病情观察、体位护理及正确的康复指导。结果 53例患者均得到严密细致的围术期护理,无一例护理并发症出现。结论有效的术前、术后护理能进一步保证手术的成功率和治愈率,降低术后并发症的发生。
Objective To summarize preoperative and postoperative care of ankylosing spondylitis and kyphosis surgery. Methods Fifty three cases of patients with spine severe rigidity and kyphosis deformity were given posterior osteotomy for correction of the pedicle screw system fixation, patient psychological care, body position and lung function training should be given before and after surgery shake strengthen the observation, postural care and rehabilitation guidance. Results Fifty three patients were given strict and meticulous perioperative care, no care complications occurred. Conclusion Effective preoperative and postoperative care can further enhance the success of the operation and cure rates, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
