摘要
目的对采用痰热清与头孢呋辛钠联合的方法对患有肺气肿的老年患者进行治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法抽取86例患有肺气肿的老年患者,将其分为A、B两组,平均每组43例。A组采用头孢呋辛钠治疗,B组采用痰热清与头孢呋辛钠联合进行治疗。结果 B组患者在治疗后的症状缓解率明显高于A组患者,患者症状缓解时间明显短于A组患者,患者治疗后的复发率明显低于A组患者;两组患者在治疗过程中没有出现严重的并发症和不良反应现象。结论采用痰热清与头孢呋辛钠联合的方法对患有肺气肿的老年患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。
Objective To analyze the clinical therapeutic effect of Tanreqing combined with, cefuroxime sodium in the treatment of emphysema in elderly patients. Methods 86 cases of elderly emphysema patients were selected and were di- vided into A, B groups, 43 cases in each. Group A used cefuroxime sodium, group B used Tanreqing and cefuroxime sodi- um combined treatment. Results In the group B, the remission rate was significantly higher than that of group A; the symp- tomatic remission times were significantly shorter than that of group A; the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of group A; two groups of patie^ts during treatment with no serious complications and adverse phenomenon.
