FOPID-GPC算法在电厂过热蒸汽温度控制中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 为了克服在过热蒸汽温度控制中对象参数变化对控制效果的影响,将分数阶PID(FOPID)控制与广义预测控制(GPC)算法相结合,构成了分数阶PID型FOPID广义预测控制(FOPID-GPC)算法。该算法的参数设置与传统的整数阶PID广义预测控制算法的参数设置具有一定的相似性,并增加了积分阶数和微分阶数2个可调参数,该参数的取值对控制系统的性能具有很大的影响。仿真结果表明,FOPID-GPC算法使控制系统具有超调量小、调节时间短、能够快速跟踪系统变化的特点,提高了控制系统动态性能,能够较好地将蒸汽温度控制在设定值附近。 In order to overcome the influence of objective parameters' variation in superheated steam temperature control upon the effectiveness of control,the fractional-order PID(FOPID) control has been combined with the generalized prective control(GPC) algorithm,constructing a FOPID-GPC algorithm.The parameters' allocation of said FOPID-GPC algorithm has certain similarity with that of traditional integer-order PID generalized predictive control algorithm,and two adjustable parameters,namely the integral step number and the differential step number,have been added,the value choice of two said parameters has very large influence upon the performance of control system.The results of emulation show that the FOPID-GPC algorithm makes the control system to have advantages of small overshoot,short regulation time,and being able rapidly to track the system,enhancing dynamic behavior of the control sytem,being able to control the steam temperature near the set value.
