电厂过热蒸汽温度的有约束预测控制 被引量:9

摘要 针对目前常用串级PID系统在电厂过热蒸汽温度控制过程中存在的问题,提出采用带约束预测的控制算法予以解决.采用这种有约束预测控制后,可抬高控制设定值,从而提高机组运行效率,提高经济效益.采用现场试验数据,通过面积法辨识过程模型并利用Matlab设计预测控制器,进行了控制过热蒸汽温度模型的仿真试验,结果表明:有约束预测控制可改善系统的动态特性和抗干扰能力,并使过热蒸汽温度控制品质得到有效提升. Aiming at the problem exist in the usual use of cascade PID control system in power plant superheated steam temperature control,constrained predictive control model algorithm was proposed.Application of this model algorithm can rise the control setting value,so as to raise the unit efficiency and increase the economic efficiency.Process model was identified with adoption of site experimental data and by area method,model predictive controller was designed by Matlab and used in superheated steam temperature control simulation which used the model identified.Results indicate that this control algorithm can improve both dynamic characteristics and anti-jamming ability of control system,and promote superheated steam temperature control quality effectively.
