摘要
目的:探讨行为转变理论在培养本科实习护生健康教育行为中的作用。方法:采用随机抽样的方法抽取72名本科实习护生,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组36名,比较两组本科实习护生对患者实施健康教育的行为情况。结果:试验组实习护生对患者实施健康教育的能力明显提高(P<0.05)。结论:以行为转变理论为基础的干预模式对本科实习护生的健康教育能力有所提高。
Objective:To investigate the role of behavior change theory on training under graduate course student nurses' health education behavior. Methods:72 under graduate course student nurses were randomly divided into two groups which control group and test group. Each group has 36 student nurses. To investigate the change after intervention to under graduate course student nurses when they practice health education to patients. Results: Compared with control group, under graduate course student nurses' health education ability to patients in trial group is obviously increased. Conclusion : It has promotion that under graduate course student nurses' health education ability to patients after they were intervented with behavior change theory.
