摘要
阐述在煤焦化生产合成氨装置中产生的硫化氢尾气及其回收制酸工艺流程的选择,总结了500 kt/a合成氨产生硫化氢尾气回收制酸项目的建设过程及运行情况,装置72 h性能考核结果表明,硫化氢制酸装置的处理能力、设备选型、控制系统、工艺指标、消耗指标、安全环保、职业健康卫生指标等都基本达到设计要求和生产控制要求,认为硫化氢制酸项目的建成投产,确保500 kt/a合成氨装置的正常运行,其社会效益和环境效益是十分巨大的。
The generation of H2S tail gas in the synthetic ammonia plant based on coal coking,and the selection of process flows for its recovery to produce sulphuric acid are described,and a summary of the construction and operation of the sulphuric acid project based on H2S tail gas generated in the 500 kt/a synthetic ammonia plant is provided.The 72 h performance test results of the plant indicate that the processing capacity,equipment selection,control system,process parameters,consumption figures,HSE figures of the H2S-based sulphuric acid plant basically have met the design specifications and production control requirements.It is concluded that the operation of the H2S-based sulphuric acid plant will ensure normal operation of the 500 kt/a synthetic ammonia plant,and it also offers significant social and environment benefits.
