应用农场猪进行模拟中耳外科操作教学训练的可行性以及初步设计 被引量:3

摘要 中耳外科是耳鼻咽喉-头颈外科学重要组成部分,由于耳部解剖复杂,病变隐匿,导致年轻医师学习困难。颞骨解剖训练虽然可以帮助医师熟悉耳科解剖,但是人体颞骨标本极其缺乏且颞骨解剖不能提供活体手术经验。目前国外许多医疗机构利用与人体解剖结构相似的动物模拟外科操作,以期学习外科操作技巧,尽量减少外科风险,收到良好效果。猪与人基因同源性高、耳部解剖与人相近,且中耳大小、形态、结构与人耳类似,可以模拟各中耳手术,应用日趋广泛。本文主要通过比较不同动物与人耳之间异同,探讨农场猪模拟中耳外科操作进行教学训练的可行性以及相关设计。 Middle ear surgery is an important component of otolaryngology-head and neck surgery.Complex anatomy of the ear and occult lesions lead to difficulties in learning the otology for young doctors.Although the temporal bone dissection training can help physicians learn the ear anatomy,temporal bone specimens of human are very lack and the temporal bone dissection training can not provide real surgical experience.At present,many foreign medical institutions simulate surgical operation with animal models similar to human in order to learn techniques and minimize surgical risks and receive good results.The gene homology of pig and human is higher,and the anatomy,the size,shape,structure of the middle ear in pig are similar to the human.In this paper,by comparing the similarities and differences between different animals and the human ear,we explore the feasibility of teaching and training of middle ear surgical with simulation of pig and related design.
