瘦素及其受体在子宫内膜异位症中表达的意义 被引量：2

摘要 子宫内膜异位症（endometriosis，EMs）是生育年龄常见的一种良性病变，但具有类似恶性肿瘤的种植、侵蚀及远处转移的能力，严重影响育龄妇女的生育能力和生活质量。近年来随着腹腔镜技术及检测手段的不断改进，EMs发病率呈明显上升趋势。其发病机制、病因尚未完全阐明，已有研究表明其发生与遗传、免疫、炎症反应等因素有关，特别是其作为一种与免疫相关的慢性炎症疾病，表现为促血管生成和影响炎性因子分泌增加。
