摘要
为避免因轮船值班驾驶员(Officer Of Watch,OOW)意识水平降低或未履行职责而导致航海事故的发生,根据国际海事组织(International Maritime Organization,IMO)海上安全委员会(Mari-time Safety Committee,MSC)2002年5月20日通过的《驾驶室航行值班报警系统(Bridge Naviga-tional Watch Alarm System,BNWAS)执行标准》,设计BNWAS.该系统采用分布式CPU结构和模块化结构.当驾驶室发生异常情况时,该系统可实时通过指示灯和警报声逐次提醒胜任的后备值班人员,同时驾驶室值班人员可通过系统的应急呼叫功能得到及时援助.相对于陆用工业设备,该报警系统具有更强的抗干扰能力,更加安全、可靠。
In order to avoid maritime accidents resulted from the consciousness decrease of the Officer Of Watch(OOW) or the OOW's failure to perform duties,a Bridge Navigational Watch Alarm System(BNWAS) is designed according to the Performance Standards for BNWAS which was passed by Maritime Safety Committee(MSC) of International Maritime Organization(IMO) on May 20,2002.The system adopts a distributed-CPU and modular structure.When some abnormality happens in the bridge,the BNWAS can alert the qualified reserve OOW successively by alarm lamp and acoustic alarm in real-time,and the OOW can receive immediate assistance through the system's emergency call function at the same time.Compared with the land industrial equipment,the BNWAS has stronger anti-jamming ability,and it is safer and more reliable.
