摘要 为适应船舶自动化电站向总线—智能控制方向发展的需要,针对非数字船用同步仪表的缺陷,采用嵌入式微控制器对仪表进行智能控制,并根据船舶机舱工作环境对微控制器进行电磁兼容性(Electromagnetic Compatibility,EMC)设计,实现总线—嵌入控制的现场总线接口设计,使同步仪表成为总线—智能同步检测、指示、控制仪表,上位机和其他智能仪表通过CAN接口连成总线网.试验表明,基于现场总线的智能仪表系统抗干扰性强、性能可靠,与传统仪表相比,在测量速度、精确度、自动化程度以及性价比等方面都有很大提高. In order to make the marine unmanned power station adapt to the bus-intelligent control,embedded microcontroller is used to realize intelligent control of the instrument,and Electromagnetic Compatibility(EMC) of the microcontroller is designed according to the working environment of ship’s en-gine against the defects of the non-digital marine synchronous instruments.The field bus interface design of bus-embedded control is realized,which makes synchronous instruments a bus-intelligence instrument with synchronous detection,instruction and control.Through CAN interface,host computer and other in-telligent instruments are linked into a bus network.The test shows that the intelligent instruments system based on field bus has good performance of anti-interference and reliable performance,and the measuring speed,accuracy,automatization degree and cost performance are improved tremendously as compared with those of traditional instruments.
