摘要
"卓越工程师"计划为我国高等工程教育在"十二五"期间的发展起到了引导作用。针对"卓越工程师"培养计划的要求,分析应用型本科院校钢结构课程现状所存在的问题,探讨钢结构课程的改革思路,深化课程的工程背景,注重理论与实践紧密结合,建立相关教学团队转化教学模式,重视青年教师向"双师型"发展,从而全面提高学生钢结构方面的基本技能和基本能力。
＂Outstanding Engineer Program＂ will play a guiding role for the development of our higher engineering education in the ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂.According to training plan of ＂Outstanding Engineer Program＂,this paper has analyzed the existing problems of Steel Structure Course in application-oriented universities,presenting some reform ideas such as increasing the course＇s engineering background,focusing on close combination between theory and practice,developing related teaching team to transfer teaching mode,and emphasizing cultivating young teachers＇ ＂Double-Competency＂ teaching,thus to have a comprehensive improvement of the basic skills and basic capabilities of students learning Steel Structure.
