摘要
本文介绍了非调质钢(49MnVS3钢)曲轴与调质钢(S53C钢)曲轴的显微组织、力学性能和疲劳性能对比试验结果,选定49MnVS3钢作为柴油机曲轴用材,并逐步投入批量生产,产生了巨大的经济效益。
This article describes the comparison test on microstructure,mechanics and fatigue properties between microalloy steel(49MnVS3)crankshaft and alloy steel (S53C)crankshaft.According to the result of comparison test,microalloy steel(49MnVS3)is choosen as a material of diesel engine crankshaft and gains huge economic benefit through its gradual application in batch production.
