摘要
介绍了某超临界600 MW机组"顺序阀"控制方式切换问题的处理方法以及凝泵变频、机组冷端优化等方面的改进措施,在目前机组运行负荷率偏低、煤价偏高的运行环境条件下,取得了良好的节能效果和经济效益。
This paper 'introduces the solution to the problem of control mode switching for the "sequence valve" of the 600 MW supercritical unit and the improvement measures for condensate pump frequency conversion, unit cold end optimization etc. Desirable energy saving effect and economic benefit are achieved in the operating environment of excessively low loading rate of unit operation and excessively high price of coal.
