摘要
大学生村官成长受到内外部环境两方面的影响,内部要受到心理环境、知识结构、综合能力等因素的影响,外部要受到政策制度、地域文化、人际关系等因素的影响。要想使大学生村官科学、健康成长,必须认真分析影响其发展的内外部因素,从激活内因和外力助推两个层面提出对策,解决大学生村官成长问题。
The development of undergraduate village officials is subject to the influences of both internal and external factors, including psychological environment, knowledge structure, one＇ s own ability, poli cy system, regional culture, interpersonal relationship and so on. To ensure a scientific and healthy development for them, it is essential to analyze these factors and find ways to make good use of both internal and external forces.
