不同方法清洗软式内镜的清洗效果比较分析 被引量:10

Cleaning effects of new cleaning approaches for flexible endoscope

摘要 目的探索快速有效的内镜清洗操作流程,简化现有清洗步骤,缩短清洗时间。方法将180条待清洗肠镜随机分为6组进行不同处理,分别为不同清洗流程、清洗流程中不同刷洗次数:即现有清洗流程、简化清洗流程刷洗1~3次,处理后采样做细菌学检测。结果 90条处理前内镜的平均菌落计数对数值为7.4909,处理后为0.4843,不同清洗流程之间的清洗效果相似、不同刷洗次数之间的效果相似,差异均无统计学意义;简化清洗流程较现有清洗流程节约了时间和一个清洗槽。结论使用简化的清洗流程对内镜管腔刷洗1次即可达到规范要求,较现行的清洗流程更为适用;提高了工作效率和内镜使用率,为新的内镜清洗消毒规范的制定提供依据。 OBJECTIVE To explore a rapid and effective endoscope cleaning process that simplifies the current cleaning procedure and shortens the cleaning time.METHODS A total of 180 colonoscopes were randomly assigned to 6 groups for different processing,which included different cleaning procedures and different brushing times.The cleaning procedures included the current cleaning procedure and the simplified cleaning procedure;microbiological detection was performed after the once,twice and third time processing respectively.RESULTS Before cleaning procedure,colonoscopes' average bacterial colony number was up to 7.4909(log10) CFU.After cleaning procedure,the average bacterial colony number reduced to 0.4843(log10) CFU.The cleaning effects were similar between different cleaning procedures and different brushing times,and no significant difference was found.The simplified cleaning procedure saved time and a cleaning slot,as compared with the current cleaning procedure.CONCLUSION The simplified cleaning procedure with one-time scrubbing can meet the standard requirement,which is more applicable than the current cleaning procedure;it not only improves the working efficacy and utilization rate of the endoscopes,but also provides reference for the development of technical regulation for endoscopes cleaning and disinfection
