内镜器械应用生物膜清洗剂的清洗效果 被引量:12

摘要 目的:分析生物膜清洗剂对内镜的清洗效果。方法:选取经三磷酸腺苷(ATP)检测方法检测出的有细菌内镜102例次,随机将其分为对照组与观察组,每组51例次。对照组采用多酶清洗剂进行清洗,观察组采用生物膜清洗剂进行清洗,对两组的清洗效果进行对比。结果:观察组清洗后未检测出生物膜的残留,其ATP测定比对照组低,合格率为98.32%;对照组清洗后经检测残留的生物膜基本未去除,其合格率为69.00%;两组的清洗效果比较,观察组明显优于对照组,两组除菌率及ATP降低率差异有统计学意义(x^2=3.58,x^2=19.55;P<0.05)。结论:通过使用生物膜清洗剂对内镜进行清洗,可以有效的清除生物膜,使内镜的使用寿命延长,效果显著,该方法值得医院推广使用。 Objective: To analyze the cleaning effect of biological membrane to the endoscopic instruments. Methods: A total of 102 endoscopies with bacteria were detected by using ATP detection methods. All the endoscopies were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Both groups had 51 endoscopies. The control group was cleaned with the multienzyme abluent, and the observation group was cleaned with biological membrane cleaning agent, the different effects were compared. Results: Observation group had not biological membrane while the biological membrane of the control group almost did not be removed. The ATP measurement of observation group was lower than the control group. The percent of pass were 98.32% and 69.00%. By comparing to the cleaning effect of both groups, the effect of observation group was obviously superior than control group. The cleaning effect of both two groups were statistically significant(χ^2=3.58, χ^2=19.55; P〈0.05). Conclusion: The biofilm can be removed effectively through the biological membrane cleaning agent to the endoscopies and the service life also be prolonged. This method should be promoted.
