摘要
在自动化机械制造系统中,用于先进制造过程中检测技术的费用往往占生产设备和产品成本很大比例。从测试系统的组成及其数学模型着手,介绍了自动化制造系统中部分在线检测技术,提出完善和发展检测设备对自动化机械制造系统的意义。
In the automation of mechanical manufacturing system ,for advanced manufacturing process detection techniques often costs account for a large proportion of production equipment and product cost. This article starting from the composition of test system and its mathematical model is introduced to,automated manufacturing systems part of the on-line detection technology, the improvement and development of detection equipment, automated machinery manufacturing system and the significance were introduced.
