摘要
电机检测是电机制造过程中的重要环节之一,它为电机设计者提供重要的试验数据,同时也为电机制造企业提供质量保证。试验方法和检测仪器、仪表及检测设备是保证能否达到目的重要因素。随着电力电子技术和计算机网络技术的迅速发展,电机检测技术和电机检测设备在检测方法、集中控制、精确性和可靠性等方面有了很大的提升。现代的电机检测设备不断地向智能化、数字化和多功能方向发展。随着我国电机检测技术及设备的不断研究和发展,将使我国在高效、超高效电机测试技术水平与国际上的先进水平一致,甚至在一定程度上超越或达到国际领先地位。介绍了检测技术及设备在电机制造中的应用,着重介绍了现代测试技术及设备在电机半成品检查试验、电机检查试验和电机型式试验中的应用。
Motor testing is one of the important link in the motor manufacturing process, it provides important test data for motor designers, and quality assurance for motor manufacturing group. As China＇ s Motor testing technology and equipment continue to research and development, will bring China＇ s super-efficient electric motor tes- ting in the high technical level and international advanced level, consistent, and even to some extent, beyond or reached the international leading position. The application of testing technology and equipment in the motor manufacturing process were introduced, and the application of modern technology and equipment in the test work of the semifinished and finished motor product, the type test of motor were introduced.
