摘要
采用Morris水迷宫实验,研究棕色田鼠和C57小鼠的空间学习记忆能力的种间差异,然后通过腹腔注射加压素(Arginine vasopressin,AVP),进行水迷宫试验,研究AVP对棕色田鼠及小鼠空间学习记忆的影响.结果显示,棕色田鼠在潜伏期、跨平台次数及在平台所在象限游泳时间上均比小鼠表现出较强的空间学习记忆能力(P<0.05).腹腔注射AVP后,棕色田鼠和小鼠学习记忆的能力均有所提高,但AVP对小鼠的影响比棕色田鼠更加明显.结果表明,两种啮齿类在空间学习记忆能力上表现出了明显的种间差异.AVP对提高不同种啮齿类动物学习记忆能力的效应不同.
The experiments were performed with Morris water maze to observe the discrepancies of spatial learning and memory between mandarin vole(Microtus mandarinus) and C57 mouse,as well as the effects of AVP(Arginine vasopressin) on spatial learning and memory of mandarin vole and mouse.The results showed that mandarin vole exhibited shorter latency to find platform position,more times to crossing platform,longer swimming time in platform quadrant in Morris water maze than that of mouse(P0.05).Injection of AVP significantly improved the spatial learning and memory of mandarin vole and mouse,and more obvious effect for mouse.These data suggest that the mandarin vole and mouse show significant differences in spatial learning and memory.AVP exerted different levels of effects on learning and memory in different species.
