摘要
推动和加强任职教育工作是当前军事院校教学工作的重大任务,教学质量评价体系是任职教育教学质量监控的重要组成部分,任职教育的特点对教学质量评价体系提出了更高的要求。近年来,结合所在单位的工作实践,并借鉴先进的评价经验和方法,笔者初步构建了基于理论、现地、实验、装备等四个方面的教学质量评价体系,经实际应用表明:该评价体系满足了任职教育需求。
Impelling the post-oriented education is a matter of vital significance in military academies. As an important component of quality control in post-oriented education, educational quality evaluation system is placed on a higher level. Combined with the practical work, this paper uses the advanced experience and methods of educational evaluation for reference, tentatively builds an educational quality evaluation system based on theory, site, experiment and equipment. As it is applied, the effect is good.
