摘要
建设项目的施工阶段是建设项目周期中一个重要的阶段,建立和完善建设项目成本核算制度。施工阶段成本优化目标:降低本阶段建设费用支出,保障本阶段建设项目造价不突破合同价格。需理顺项目各环节的管理,以节约和控制投资额、提高资金使用效果为目的。文章简单分析了工程项目施工阶段成本控制。
Construction Project Construction stage of Construction Project is an important one in the cycle. So it＇s necessary to es- tablish and improve the Construction Project cost accounting system. The following is the Construction stage of cost optimization： Reducing the cost ？of Construction stage to safeguard the stage of Construction Project cost doesn＇t break the contract price; Needing to straighten each link management of the Project, so that the investment can be reduced and controlled, and also raising capital to use the effect for the purpose. The article just simply analyze the construction project cost control of construction phase.
