指出由于目前建筑市场竞争激烈,在承接工程前,项目成本的预测有着举足轻重的地位,通过成本预测在施工项目管理中的实践模式实例,来研究施工项目目标成本预测的科学性和战略性,从而加强施工项目成本管理。
The paper that before contract project, the prediction of project cost has important position because of the fierce competition of the building market, according to the cost prediction and the practical model example in construction project management, studies the scientific and strategic of construction project target cost prediction, thus enhancing construction project cost management.
