摘要
网络重构一般以均衡负荷,提高供电可靠性、稳定性或综合上述指标为目标的最佳转供方案。目前,基于网络重构的调度操作票系统的设计在国内还未涉及。随着电网规模的不断扩大,网络结构也越来越复杂。针对现代电网互连的特点,将网络重构的思想运用到调度操作票系统的推理中。当某条线路需要检修或出现故障时,调度操作票系统开票时,先利用深度优先搜索/回溯法搜索所有供电路径,然后基于网络重构的思想及基于潮流的静态安全分析,找出最佳开关操作方案,使调度操作票系统更智能、更实用。
Network reconlqguration is a best solution for power supply, which generally aims to balance load and enhance power supply reliability and stability or to realize both of them. At present, the designing of the intelligent dispatching operation-tickets system in electric power system based on network reconfiguration has not been researched. With the constant expansion of power network, the structure of the network is becoming more and more complex. In view of the characteristics of modem power intercormection, network'reconflguration thought is applied to the reasoning of the dispatching operation-tickets system. When a route needs repair or malfunctions, the system first uses depth-search method / backtracking method to search all the paths of power supply, then fmds out the best switch operation plan based on the network reconfiguration thought and the power flow static safety analysis. It can make the dispatching operation-tickets system more intelligent and practical.
