摘要
目的探讨卵巢癌化疗患者生命质量与应对方式的相关性。方法应用便利抽样方法,使用癌症治疗功能评价系统卵巢癌生命质量测定量表、医学应对方式问卷,对广州市2家三级甲等医院共86例卵巢癌化疗患者进行调查,分析生命质量与应对方式的相关性。结果卵巢癌化疗患者生命质量及屈服应对呈负相关(r=-0.535,P<0.01)。结论卵巢癌化疗患者生命质量及屈服应对呈负相关,提示可以通过减少卵巢癌化疗患者的屈服应对来提高其生命质量。
Objective To explore the relation between the quality of life（QOL） and coping style of ovarian cancer patients under chemotherapy.Methods Totally,86 inpatients were investigated with the Functional Assessment of Cancer Therapy-Ovarian Cancer（FACT-O）,the Medical Coping Modes Questionnaire（MCMQ）.Results There was negative correlation between QOL and resignation coping（r=-0.535,P0.01）.Conclusion QOL is negative with resignation coping and better QOL could be achieved through the reducing of obedience coping.
