摘要
目的深入了解卵巢癌术后化疗患者生存状况的真实体验。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法 ,对8例卵巢癌术后化疗患者进行半结构式深入访谈,将资料进行分析、整理并提炼主题。结果卵巢癌术后化疗患者的生存体验包括6个主题:负性情绪多维、自我感受负担明显、性生活的改变、信息需求强烈、角色转变和应对方式不同。结论护理人员应充分掌握卵巢癌患者术后化疗期间的生存体验,注重患者的内心需求,提供有针对性的情感、信息和社会支持,提高患者的生活质量。

Methods With phenomenological methodology, a in-depth semi-structured investigation was conducted among eight ovarian cancer patients during postoperative chemotherapy then data were collected, and analyzed to obtain key results. Results The patients’ survival experience was classified into six types of themes as followed： multidimensional negative emotions, obvious self-perceived burden, changes in sex life, strong demands for health information, transition of roles and different coping styles. Conclusion Medical staff should understand the real survival experience of postoperative ovarian cancer patients during chemotherapy and pay attention to their inner demands then provide them with appropriate emotional, information and social support to improve their quality of life.
