摘要
纤维素是地球上最丰富的可再生有机资源,利用微生物产生的纤维素酶将其分解对于人类社会解决环境污染、食物短缺和能源危机具有重要的现实意义。在自然界中存在着大量的无法用传统方法培养的未培养微生物,通过构建宏基因组文库,从中筛选纤维素酶基因,为纤维素酶的筛选提供了一条新的筛选途径。综述了未培养微生物研究现状、宏基因组学的研究和从未培养微生物中筛选纤维素酶基因的研究,为进一步研究纤维素酶提供了理论依据。
Cellulose is the most abundant renewable organic resource in the world. It has great realistic meaning for human being to solve environment pollution, food shortage and energy crisis that using cellu|ase produced by microorganism. There are a large number of uncultured microorganisms can not be cultured by traditional methods in nature. It provides a new screening way for the screening of cellulase, which screens the cellulase gene by constructing metagenomic library. This paper reviews the progress of uncultured microorganisms, the research of metagenomics and screening cellulase genes from uncultured which provides a theoretical basis for further research on cellulase.
