摘要
随着经济全球化的快速发展,带来了高等教育国际化的兴起与发展。以新加坡国立大学和南洋理工大学实行办学国际化为研究个案,初步探讨了高教国际化的主要措施和主要内容,得出了政府支持与市场结合、准确定位与克服负面、国际化理念与英语学习、国际化与本土化等对中国高等教育国际化的启示。
The globalization of economy promotes the internationalization of higher education. With the example of the National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University, this article discusses the measures and contents of the internationalization of higher education, and then comes out with the inspiration that, government＇ssupport should be combined with the market and located properly; and the internationalization should be promoted together with localization.
