摘要
通过对出口肠衣安全隐患的评估,提出兽药残留、品质及重金属等风险因素,风险源自企业卫生防疫措施缺少、饲料和兽药管理不规范、养殖户诚信差等,提出了相应的风险管理对策。
Risk factors such as veterinary drug residues, metal content, quality is put forward through the casings for export safety assessment.Risk comes from improper health prevention measure of breeding company and ill-formed drug management. This test proposed some risk management countermeasure.
