摘要 通过对几种炭黑性能进行分析,选择了结构性高、比表面积大及灰份含量少的超导炭黑做为主要导电填料进行配方系列化实验,又对其共混方法进行比较,选择合理的工艺路线使产品的电性能均匀稳定。 Several kinds of Carbon black were compared.Superconductive carbon black of ideal structure, larger specific surface area and fewer ash were selected as main conductive filler.At the same time,experiments were made on the different formulations ,and the methods of mixing were compared.Finally,a reasonable processing method,which kept a stable and even conductivity of the plastic product, was confirmed.
