摘要
[目的]对近20年维普全文期刊数据库中医治疗癌痛证型和方药的归纳,探讨癌痛的中医辨证论治规律。[方法]对所选文献的中医证型,方剂和药物出现的频次及所占比例进行统计分析,归纳总结出癌痛的常见证型,治疗方剂及药物。[结果]瘀血阻络,热毒内蕴,痰湿凝聚,气血亏虚,阳虚寒凝和肝郁气滞为癌痛的主要证型,血府逐瘀汤、八珍汤、失笑散、桃红四物汤、膈下逐瘀汤为常用方剂;延胡索、甘草、当归、桃仁为常用药物。[结论]通过对中医药治疗癌痛的各类证型和方药分析,将癌痛病机分为瘀、痰、虚、毒四个主要类型,多夹杂寒凝,痰毒流注,并应用活血化瘀,消癥散结,豁痰逐饮,扶正固本,清热解毒作为基本的治疗方法。
[ Objective] For nearly 20 years of full text journal database of Chinese medicine in the treat- ment of cancer pain syndromes and prescriptions for induction of cancer pain, treatment based on syndrome differentiation rule. [ Methods ] The literature of TCM, prescription and drugs the frequency and percentage for statistical analysis, identify common syndrome types and drug. [ Results ] Blood stasis, noxious heat, phlegm damp, Qi and blood deficiency, Yang deficiency and cold and stagnation for cancer pain syndromes. [ Conclu- sion ] Based on the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cancer pain in various types of syndromes and prescription analysis, the cancer disease machine is divided into stasis, deficiency, phlegm, the virulence of four main types, multiple inclusions and cold coagulation, tandu Liuzhu, and the application of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis, eliminating features Sanjie, eliminating phlegm, Zhuyin, Fuzheng Guben, clearing away heat and toxic material as basic treatment method.
