摘要
经查阅近20年(1996年—2016年)所有针灸治疗原发性肝癌疼痛的临床文献,发现其具有镇痛疗效好、无依赖性、不良反应低的优点,本研究将从本病的中医病因病机、中医辨证分型、针灸取穴处方、针灸治疗手段等4个方面来探讨针灸治疗本病的疗效和机制,旨在分析总结思路和方法得以更好地指导临床。
It is found that acupuncture has such advantages to primary liver cancer,in terms of pain relief,less side effects and being free of dependence,according to recent clinical literatures from recent 20 years from1996 to 2016.This research analyzed the effects and mechanisms of acupuncture treatment on primary liver cancer pain by demonstrating the etiology and pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,acupoints selection,and acupuncture therapy methods in order to summarize ideas and methods to guide clinical practice.
