基于信息熵的密封环强度模糊可靠性计算

摘要 热装式密封环是目前国内外应用最多的一种结构,影响密封环强度的因素很多而导致其强度和工作应力具有模糊性。根据信息熵理论中模糊熵和概率熵等效转换模型,建立起在正态分布下的模糊变量等效转换为随机变量的关系式,定义密封环相对应变量和允许相对应变量的隶属函数,推导出应变量校核的模糊可靠性计算公式,通过实例分析了热装式密封环结构的可靠程度。 Heat seal ring is a structure of the most application at home and abroad, many factors affect the strength of rings and its strength and stress are fuzzy. Based on information entropy theory that fuzzy entropy is equal to probability entropy, in normal distribution the relationship of the fuzzy variables equivalent conversion into random variables is established, membership functions of the strain variables and allow strain variables of the sealing are defined, the fuzzy reliability calculation formula of strain variables check is deduced, by the example the reliability of the heat seal ring structure is analyzed.
