摘要
对甲烷氯化物低沸塔底料泵机械密封频繁失效进行了分析,主要原因是物料中杂质进入和密封结构、材料不合理等。进行了技术改造,更换成1525型外装式机械密封,选用合适的摩擦副材料,结合日常维护,取得了良好的效果。
Main reason for frequent failure on mechanical seal of low boiling column bottoms in the production of methane chloride is due to impurity entry and airproof structure, unreasonable material. Innovation is made, 1525 type mechanical seal is used, suitable auxiliary material of friction is selected, and daily maintenance is given to gain excellent results.
