摘要
针对非公路矿用车前悬活塞杆突发断裂事故,经对其制造工艺和使用情况作了分析。通过活塞杆材料的化学成分分析、力学性能以及金相检测,找出造成活塞杆突发断裂的原因。
The research direction on unexpectedly broken piston rod was determined by studying its manufacturing technique and operation. The causes for broken piston rod were found by analyzing chemical composition and mechanical property, examining metallographic phase of the materials made of rod.
