高校档案信息资源社会共享要求高校档案工作要面向社会,强化服务功能,创新和培育服务机制,最大限度地开发和利用高校档案信息资源,实现高校档案信息资源的社会效益最大化。
In order to realize the social sharing of archives information, the archives-related work of universities should cater to the needs of the society, strengthen the function of service provision, innovate and cultivate the service mechanism, and maximize the development and utilization of archives information resources, thus realizing the maximization of social benefit the part of archives information resources.
