酸性离子液体催化合成3,4-二氢嘧啶酮

摘要 本文利用酸性离子液体1-甲基咪唑硫酸氢盐[Hmim]HSO4作催化剂,催化乙酰乙酸乙酯、芳香醛和尿素三组分缩合反应,合成3,4-二氢嘧啶酮。实验结果表明,该方法操作简单,产率高(80%~95%),反应时间短(2h),环境友好,是一种高效合成3,4-二氢嘧啶酮的方法。 3,4-Dihydropyrimidin-ones were synthesized via condensation reaction of ethyl acetoacetate,aromatic aldehydes and urea using acidic ionic liquid 1-methylimidazolium hydrogen sulfate [Hmim]HSO4 as catalyst.The experimental results demonstrate that this is a simple,highly-yielding(80%~95%),time-saving(2h),and environmentally friendly method.
