摘要
以N-甲基咪唑、正溴己烷、四氟硼酸铵为原料,利用微波辐射两步合成了离子液体[hmim]BF4,并且以[hmim]BF4为催化剂,苯甲醛、乙酰乙酸乙酯、尿素为原料,微波辐射下发生了Biginelli反应合成了6-甲基-4-苯基-5-乙氧羰基-3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮。结果表明:在优化条件下,[hmim]Br,[hmim]BF4和Biginelli反应的收率分别为97.2%,78.3%和81.7%。
1-n-Hexyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate([-hmim]BF4) was synthesized with N-methyl imidazole, 1-bromohexane and ammonium tetrafluoroborate as raw material by two-step under microwave irradiation. 4-Phenyl-6-methyl-5-ethoxycarbonyl-3, 4-dihydropyrimidin-2-one was synthesized by threecomponent Biginelli condensation in the presence of a catalytic amount of [hmim]BF4. The results showed that the yield of [hmim]Br, [-hmim]BF4 and the Biginelli reaction was 97.2% ,78.3% and 81.7% respectively under optimized conditions.
