摘要
目的:评价BC-5500与SYSMEX XS-800i全自动血细胞分析仪性能,以保证不同仪器测定结果的准确性和一致性。方法:按照国际血液学标准化委员会(ICSH)有关规定,对BC-5500和SYSMEX 800i全自动血细胞分析仪从精密度、携带污染率、线性、及ABX-120全自动血细胞分析仪相关性及白细胞分类准确性等方面进行评价。结果:BC-5500及SYSMEX 800i的批间、批内精密度及总精密度变异系数(CV%)均在可接受范围内;各分析参数的携带污染率均<1.0%;与ABX-120对比分析,各项参数相关性良好;白细胞分类准确性符合要求。结论:BC-5500及SYSMEX 800i血液分析仪性能良好,检测结果准确可靠,在临床应用中可以互换。
Objective: To evaluate the main performance of BC - 5500 plus and SYSMEX XS - 800i automatic blood cells analyzer, to ensure the two instrument the veracity of test results and consistency. Methods :According to international hematology standardization commission (ICSH) with the related regulations, the performances of BC -5500 and SYSMEX XS -800i hematology analyzer were evaluated in regards regard to precision, carry - over rate, lineality, thecorrelation between the ABX -120 Heamatology analyzer in detectin results and the accuracy of WBC classification. Results: The CV value of with - and between - Batch precision and that of the total precision of BC - 5500 and SYSMEX 800i were all within the designed range. The carry - over rate was lower than 1.0%. The correlation between ABX - 120 was satisfactory. The accuracy of WBC classification meets the require- ment. Conclusions: The performances of MINRAY BC - 5500 and SYSMEX XS - 800i hematology an- alyzer have proved to be accurate and reliable in test results.
