摘要
目的:对自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)行星状神经节阻滞(SGB),观察星状神经节阻滞对其血压的影响。方法:将32只10周龄雄性SHR随机分为4组:左侧星状神经节阻滞组(LS组)、右侧星状节阻滞组(RS组)、药物卡托普利组(D组)和手术对照组(C组),每组8只。用ALC-NIBP无创血压测量系统测定大鼠血压,时间点包括基础值(T0)、第2周(T1)、第4周(T2)、第6周(T3)、第8周(T4)和第10周(T5)。实验结束后用3%戊巴比妥钠腹腔注射(45 mg/kg)麻醉SHR,迅速取出大血管,放射免疫法测定其eNOS和ET-1的浓度。结果:与基础值相比,LS组SHR血压逐渐升高(P<0.05或P<0.01);RS组血压第2周升高较明显(P<0.05),而其它时点较平稳,在167 mmHg~170 mmHg之间,与基础值(156±14)mmHg比较无明显改变(P>0.05);D组血压第2周和第4周下降(P<0.05),其它时点与基础值(156±16)mmHg相比无明显变化(P>0.05);C组血压各时点与基础值(154±12)mmHg相比均逐渐升高(P<0.01)。与C组和LS组相比,RS组大血管组织中ET-1表达明显降低(P<0.05),eNOS明显增强(P<0.05)。结论:阻滞右侧星状神经节能够明显降低血压,降低血管ET-1及升高eNOS蛋白的表达。
Objective: To investigate the effects of stellate ganglion block(SGB) on blood pressure in spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHRs). Methods: Thirty-two 10-week-old male spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHRs) were assigned randomly into four groups:left stellate ganglion block group(Group LS),right stellate ganglion block group(Group RS),captopril group(Group D) and control group(Group C).Arterial systolic blood pressure(SBP) was measured,and lendothelin(ET-1) and endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS) in blood vessels were detected by radioimmunoassay. Results: Compared with baseline value,the blood pressure of Group LS gradually increased significantly(P0.05 or P0.01);however,the blood pressure of Group RS was stable(P0.05)and increased only at week 2(P0.05).The blood pressure of Group D decreased significantly at week 2 and week 4,and it remained stable compared with baseline value(P0.05).The blood pressure of Group C gradually increased at weeks 2-10,compared with baseline values(P0.01).Compared with Group LS and Group C,the expression of eNOS in blood vessels of Group RS significantly increased(P0.05),and ET-1 decreased(P0.05). Conclusion: The right stellate ganglion block can significantly lower blood pressure,down-regulate ET-1 and up-regulate eNOS protein expression.
