摘要
以沈阳工程学院为例,通过问卷调查等形式,就外派教师的海外研修经历对教学的影响进行了定量和定性的分析,并从教师对发达国家的教育体系与教育理念的理解、教学相关领域知识的丰富与增长、教学中采纳新的教学方法等三个方面,阐述了教师海外研修经历对教学的影响。
This article takes Shenyang Institute of Engineering （SIE） as a case study, using quantitative and quality re- search methodology to analyze the main impacts on teaching of academics＇ overseas study from the following perspectives： increasing the knowledge of the educational systems and philosophy of developed countries, increasing the knowledge in their teaching field, and motivating to adopt the new and effective teaching methods etc.
