摘要
以沈阳工程学院为例,通过问卷调查等形式,就外派教师的海外研修经历对教学的影响进行了定量和定性的分析,并从教师对发达国家的教育体系与教育理念的理解、教学相关领域知识的丰富与增长、教学中采纳新的教学方法等三个方面,阐述了教师海外研修经历对教学的影响。
This article takes Shenyang Institute of Engineering (SIE) as a case study, using quantitative and quality re- search methodology to analyze the main impacts on teaching of academics' overseas study from the following perspectives: increasing the knowledge of the educational systems and philosophy of developed countries, increasing the knowledge in their teaching field, and motivating to adopt the new and effective teaching methods etc.
