摘要
渤海BZ28—1油田浮式生产储油装置(以下简称FPSU)上的火炬装置,是油气生产系统的重要组成部分。本文主要介绍测量该火炬辐射强度的方法,使用的仪器设备;并通过实地测量火炬的温度、黑度、长度、宽度,和测量FPSU主甲板与火炬附近主要设备的表面温度,计算出火炬的实际辐射强度及火炬辐射强度对甲板和甲板上设备的影响大小。从而验证了该火炬的设计数据,并提出了FPSU上的安全措施,为今后设计FPSU火炬积累了经验。
The flare stack forms an important component in the oil - gas production system for the floating production and storage unit (FPSU). This paper highlights the method measuring radiation heat intensity and of instrumentation used in practice. The effect has been calculated of the actual flare radiation intensity and the radiation intensity on the deck and the deck facilities via measurement of the flare temperature, blackness,length,width and the surface temperature of the facilities around the main deck of FPSU and the flare.
