高筋条整体壁板时效成形二维回弹补偿 被引量:4

摘要 时效成形工艺是解决高精度整体壁板成形问题的最佳途径之一。因为这种成形方法有回弹量大、回弹精度难于控制等特点,因此难以推广应用。对高筋条整体壁板的时效成形问题进行了研究,通过2124铝合金T型件时效成形基础性实验,总结回弹规律,应用几何补偿方法对模具型面进行回弹补偿。实验结果表明:零件外形曲面误差不超过1 mm,筋条处误差不超过0.5 mm,满足用户需求,证明了高筋条整体壁板时效成形工艺二维回弹补偿的可行性和有效性。 Ageing forming is one of best techniques to form high precision panel.This technical characteristic includes large springback and difficult-to-control of precision,so as to be applied in practice.In this paper,the key problems in the ageing forming of integral panel with high ribs are studied.The springback rules is studied through the T-style panels of 2124 aluminium alloy,the springback compensation of mold surface is calculated using a geometrical compensation algorithm.The experimental results is that the error in curved surface is less than 1.0 mm and that in rib of integral panel is less than 0.5 mm.Those results show that the method is feasible and effective.
