摘要
研究了流动温压工艺的成形温度对W-34Ni-5Fe混合粉末横向压力的影响及横向压力和生坯密度在横向距离上的分布,并进行了带螺纹孔的十字形零件的成形实验。实验结果表明,流动温压成形时,混合粉末在横向距离上存在较大的压力分布,流动温压工艺在十字形零件的纵向和横向都能成形出完好的内螺纹。
This paper investigated the effects of molding temperature on lateral-pressure of W-34Ni-5Fe powders, the distribution of lateral-pressure and green density along lateral distance in warm flow compaction. Meanwhile, the experiment of cross-shaped parts with threaded holes was also conducted. The results showed that warm flow compaction process could produce undamaged cross-shaped parts with vertical and lateral threaded holes.
