摘要 介绍了一种新型的短流程低成本粉末冶金零件近净成形技术———流动温压成形技术。重点阐述了流动温压成形技术的特点、成形原理、关键技术分析及其应用前景。指出流动温压成形技术作为一种新型的粉末冶金零件近净成形技术,在成形侧凹件、横孔和螺纹件等一系列中等复杂零件方面具有极强的竞争力,因而具有广阔的应用前景。 This paper gives an introduction of a new powder metallurgy (PM) net shaping technology with short procedure and low costs warm flow compaction (WFC). The features of the technology, the forming principle, the critical analysis and the application prospect of WFC are illustrated. And it is pointed out that WFC is a new net shaping technology and has a high competition ability in forming middling complicated parts such as undercuts,cross-holes and screws, so it has abroad application prospect.
